Prompt Performance Tracker.

Stop guessing if a prompt is working. Log inputs, outputs, time saved, and a 1–5 rating. After 30 entries, you'll see which prompts to keep, kill, or refine. Live in the browser. Export to CSV for your spreadsheet.

Three rules that make this work.

1 · Log within 60 seconds of using a prompt.

If you wait until end of day, you'll forget the nuance and stop tracking. Make it a habit: prompt → output → log → move on.

2 · Be honest about time saved.

"This took 10 minutes with AI, would have taken 30 manually" — log "20." Don't inflate. The point isn't to look productive, it's to spot which prompts genuinely help.

3 · Review weekly.

Friday afternoon: sort by rating × frequency. The 5-star prompts you've used 5+ times this week are your team's gold. Make them templates. Share them. Use them again Monday.

What "good data" looks like after 30 days

You'll see 4–8 prompts that account for 60-70% of time saved. Those become your team's standard kit. The 30+ one-off prompts that didn't get reused? Useful to know which ideas didn't compound.
