Animated mesh gradient hero, glass cards, a typewriter cycling real prompts and AI responses live on the page. Most "wow" on first load. Risk: trendy in 2026, may date faster than the other three.

Tiled bento grid: intro, portrait, live counter, tool of the week, prompt of the day, 90-sec video, free guide form, workshops, logos. Every tile earns its space. Mobile reflows to a deliberate stack.

How the video lives in each

01 Console: Video sits as a bordered card to the right of the prompt input, with a small "▸ REC" indicator and a lime play button. Reads as a live demo, not a billboard.
03 Generative: Video is the right column of the hero in a glass card with cyan-to-magenta glow. The animated typewriter moves directly below, framed as the "live demo" strip. Two distinct moments instead of one crowded one.
04 Bento: Video is now a full row-spanning tile in the top-right, with the YouTube thumbnail filling it edge-to-edge and a white play button. The portrait moved into the dark intro tile as an avatar chip so Jay's face is still on the hero.
All three: click-to-play (facade pattern). Loads only the thumbnail until clicked, then swaps in the YouTube iframe with autoplay. Keeps the page fast.
